Step 1: Get your nails ready
Before you apply your ORLY Bonder Basecoat, make sure your nails are clean and free of any polish. Next, paint all of your nails—aside from your ring finger—two coats of the ORLY pink or red nail color of your choice. ORLY Purple Crush nail paint was what we used. To stop chipping, make sure you seal the nail's free edge.

NAIL ART TOOLS, STEP 2.
A tiny square of tin foil and a dotter nail art tool are needed to create the heart nail art. Use the curved end of a hair grip, teeth pick, or match if you don't have a doctor. Before applying, dab a tiny bit of nail polish onto the foil.
Create your heart nail art in step three.
Use the dotter tool to create the heart nail art. Dip it into the pink nail paint and apply two dots side by side on the nail. Ensure that the dots are adjacent to one another without crossing over.

FINISHING YOUR HEART NAIL DESIGN IN STEP 4
To design your Valentine's heart nail art, place your dotting tool in between the dots and drag it down from the center of the two dots so they meet in a v shape.
Step 5: The final step
Give your Valentine's Day manicure enough time to completely dry. Apply ORLY Polishield 3-in-1 topcoat to all of your nails once they have dried to give them a gorgeous glossy shine finish and to make sure your nail art won't chip.
