 Award-winning cookbook author, chef, and registered dietitian Jackie Newgent predicts that we will see more "real" plant-based foods that include nutritious vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and other plants. They will function better than highly processed plant-based foods, she continues.

"I believe that more people are realising the value of community, meaningful connections, and relationships."
