Vegetables and fruits

Vegetables and fruits are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folate. Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables (such as cranberries, collard greens) protect sperm from cellular damage. Maintains their strength and mobility during fertilization. Green vegetables and beans contain folate. It improves sperm quality. Most nuts are rich in omega 3, B6, folate, antioxidants, and zinc. Nuts improve sperm quality. Walnuts are especially rich in omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and antioxidants. Also contains folate and vitamin B6. Pumpkin seeds are high in omega-3 fatty acids and zinc. These improve sperm quality. Meat
